Andrew D. (Drew) Cassidy
Drew Cassidy is a lifelong Peorian. He spent 35 years with the firm of Cassidy & Mueller P.C. before that firm’s merger with Miller, Hall & Triggs in May 2024.
He received his B.S. in Business Administration from Marquette University in 1984, and his JD degree from Northern Illinois University in 1989.
He represents businesses and individuals in the area of civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of areas including, but not limited to, insurers in personal injury and coverage cases; contractors, subcontractors and owners in construction related litigation; manufacturers in product liability cases; healthcare providers in medical malpractice; colleges, universities and municipalities in premises liability and discrimination cases; Executors and Trustees in probate and trust litigation; and individuals in personal injury, property damage, contract, real estate, probate & guardianship matters.
He is a member of the Illinois State and Peoria County Bar Associations. He is licensed in all State and Federal Courts in the State of Illinois, and routinely appears in State trial and appellate courts, and Federal District courts throughout Illinois, with geographic areas of representation being primarily in Central Illinois ranging from I-80 in the North to I-70 in the South, and east and west from Iroquois County on the Indiana line to the Mississippi River on the Iowa border.
