Kathleen M. Carter
Kate has practiced law since 2013, concentrating in municipal law, real estate, and school law.
She attended Marquette University and, after spending several semesters working and taking classes in Washington, DC, graduated with honors in 2009. She later attended Michigan State University College of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2013. While at Michigan State, Kate was the Managing Editor of Production for the MSU College of Law Journal of Medicine & Law.
Kate is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. Kate is a member of the Peoria County and Illinois State Bar Associations, as well as the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel.
