Timothy A. HIgus

Timm joined Miller, Hall & Triggs in 2022. His practice is focused on school law, municipal law, and labor and employment.

Timm received his Bachelor’s degree from Elmhurst College in 2011. After working as a music teacher in public schools for ten years, Timm obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2022. While at Loyola, Timm served on the executive boards of the Education Law and Policy Society and the Journal of Regulatory Compliance.

Timm is admitted to practice law in Illinois and is a member of the Peoria County and Illinois Bar Associations and the Illinois Council of School Attorneys.
