Zoe joined Miller, Hall & Triggs in 2025. Her practice is focused on municipal law, school law, and business and commercial law.

Zoe received her Bachelor's degree from Bradley University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2022. She then obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2025. While at WashU, Zoe served as the president of the Women's Law Caucus.

Zoe is admitted to practice in Illinois. Zoe is a member of the Peoria County and Illinois State Bar Associations.
